Celestine Prospects was a privately-owned mining company, first licensed in the Pact Worlds in 283 AG. It ceased operations in 311 AG after indictment for securities violations. Its assets were impounded and following a lengthy trial the company was officially liquidated in 313 AG.

Mining interests were bid off at auction that same year, while material assets were assessed and inventoried for later sale.
